Mohammad Reza, born and raised in Teheran (Iran), studied his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering at the University Qazvin IA. Afterwards, he worked for two years in the laboratory of the well-known Iranian RoboCup team on biped robots and won several national and international prices. After being granted the full fellowship, he started his Master at KTH on Renewable Energy Technologies where he focused on fluid-structure interactions and aerodynamics in wind turbines. Meanwhile, after finishing his Master studies, he starts working for an innovative flapping Birdplane in Delft University for six months. Afterwards, He started his PhD as a Marie Curie candidate at Institute for Sustainability and Innovation in Structural Engineering in University of Coimbra and currently he works on the design and the optimization the new concept of the high rise wind turbines structures.
